PRIYANKA & TARUN

Hello Noor & Roseline,

So despite my tardiness in sending this, I've actually been thinking of you&nbspboth quite a bit since we came back, and especially since Ankit started sending over photographs of the wedding and Arun from 1st Kiss sent over our wedding teaser video.

Looking at the pictures I realized that I am forever indebted to you both for working with me and my family to give us the wedding of our dreams. Being a former wedding planner, I know the countless hours, the dedication, the effort it took on your part, and I can never thank you enough for everything you did.  Not to mention, you accepted this challenge with only 2 weeks to plan a wedding!  You were both my saviors! You treated my wedding as if it were your own, and that is something only a true professional who is dedicated to their craft would do.  You both listened and most importantly delivered. Every vendor you connected us with was equally dedicated to their craft and were the best of the best.

Noor - with your sharp tongue and charge ahead attitude, I knew you were a woman after my own heart, and that you would stop at nothing short of incredible.  Rose - with your very sweet nature, smile and warm heart, you kept me and my family calm (which is no small feat) all the while making sure we were happy with everything.  As a team, you both were a god send and our wedding couldn't have been what it was without you.

With every hiccup and small detail, to the things that mattered, from the rain, to my sister getting sick you were there for me making sure I was never worried, and enjoying every moment of this special time.

I count you both as my friends for life as you were part of one of the most memorable occasions of my life, and I truly hope to keep in touch, and hopefully see you from time to time when we visit Bangalore.

Love,

Priyanka

As a wedding planner we face some strange things. But by far strangest is the story of how Priyanka met us. With just eight days to go for her wedding a very stressed Priyanka approached us. We went into the meeting thinking we would turn her down as it was close to impossible to pull it off at such short notice. But we couldn’t see a sad bride and after in depth discussion we decided that this wedding was meant for us. And thus began the most chaotic eight days of our lives.

Luckily for Priyanka & Tarun we have an awesome team to support us and helped us pull off this impossible task. The result was more than we expected. The wedding turned out to be a huge success with people personally thanking us.

The function began with a Mehendi cum Sangeet at the ITC Windsor, Bangalore.  A Moroccan theme complete with colourful tents and Moroccan accessories created a perfect setting for a fun time ahead. Adding colour to the evening were dance performances by the bride, groom & friends.

The next day was the uber-traditional wedding ceremony. A Ghodi-Baraat brought in our American born Punjabi groom to be welcomed by the Bride’s family.

The Ceremony took place at the Prince of Wales Lawns at the Taj West End, Bangalore followed by lunch at the Ballroom. A pink, orange and yellow theme ran across both the venues. An aisle covered with a marigold sheet was a perfect way for Priyanka to enter.

A beautiful ceremony thus came to an end only to make way for the wedding reception in the evening at the Ballroom. Twelve feet high Chandeliers flanked the entrance of the Ballroom. Inside the table centers were four feet tall, consisting of Orchids & twigs.

The evening continued with dancing the night away, Punjabi style!

Priyanka was the most decisive and put together bride a planner can ask for under such circumstances. We would like to thank her and Tarun for considering us and believing that we could pull this off.
